Crum & Forster is seeking a Product Owner to translate strategy into a prioritized backlog and ensure delivery excellence across the full SDLC. You will own backlog ownership, story refinement, sprint readiness, and acceptance criteria, coordinating with engineering, UX, QA, and compliance to drive measurable business outcomes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, clear documentation, and timely delivery of value, including UAT and production deployment readiness.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Systems Analysis.
• Experience with backlog management, agile delivery, and cross-team coordination.
• Insurance industry experience is preferred; SAFe or Scrum certifications a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Apply agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to deliver features with measurable business value.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Leaders to ensure delivery aligns with strategy.
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure release readiness and sign-off.
