Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related roles.
• Experience working in Property & Casualty insurance environments (Personal Lines Preferred).
• Strong understanding of insurance policy administration, underwriting, rating, or operational workflows.
• Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Strong project planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic goals into executable product roadmaps.
• Own and manage the product backlog and requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, IT, and business leaders.
• Support roadmap planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Ensure delivery milestones stay visible and on track.
• Balance scope, risk, and delivery commitments with IT and BAs.
• Drive Lean/ Agile process improvements and best practices.
