AXIS Capital is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to drive agile transformation within Global Operations. You will define product visions, lead readiness for launches, and translate requirements into actionable stories for delivery teams.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Insurance, 3+ years as Product Owner, and a strong background in operations transformation and P&C knowledge. Office presence required in Short Hills, NJ with international travel possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Insurance with at least 3 years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Background in Operations transformation and insurance systems integration.
• Knowledge of P&C Commercial and Specialty lines, including North American and Global Operations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to express complex ideas clearly and visually.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate a product vision and roadmap aligned with AXIS strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Lead operational readiness for product launches, ensuring systems and processes are aligned.
• Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams.
• Manage and prioritize the Operations product backlog to focus on high-impact initiatives.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups with delivery teams.
• Track and report Agile delivery metrics to monitor team performance and product impact.
• Champion Agile principles and coach team members on best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure user feedback is continuously gathered and integrated into product iterations.
