Job summary

Acrisure seeks a Product Owner / Project Manager to bridge business strategy and agile execution. You will own the product lifecycle for data and risk-management platforms, lead agile ceremonies, write precise user stories, and collaborate with engineering, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable features for the fleet and insurance sectors.

You will drive backlog, roadmap, and requirements while ensuring alignment with company growth objectives and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment.
Strong familiarity with SDLC, API integrations, and data-heavy platforms.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Analytical mindset and comfort working with complex data systems, risk models, and compliance workflows.
Proficiency with agile project management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Backlog management: Own, prioritize, and groom the product backlog, ensuring stories align with goals.
Requirements gathering: Translate complex data workflows into actionable technical requirements.
User story creation: Write detailed stories, acceptance criteria, and specs for developers and QA.
Product roadmap support: Help define release scopes and milestones.
