Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Agile Product Owner to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams. You will elicit, analyze, and document business needs to create effective solutions in collaboration with IT.

In this role, you will prioritize a dynamic backlog, validate requirements, and drive iterative development aligned with program roadmaps. Strong SAFe knowledge and stakeholder communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in process improvement, project delivery, or business analysis.
SAFe certification (SP/Agilist/PO/PM) preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to document business processes and risks.
Validate business strategy, vision, and customer needs.
Assist with project plans including schedule, scope, and resources.
Work independently on small to mid-size efforts; support larger programs.
Eliminate issues and risks; participate in feature validation and testing.
Maintain backlog and provide guidance to design, BA, and development teams.
Prioritize stakeholder feedback and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
Collaborate with process owners to track benefits and operational risks.
