Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, business or related field with five years in process improvement or business analysis.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methods.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sponsors and IT to document and improve business processes.
- Validate strategy and understand customer needs.
- Assist with project plans including schedule, scope and resources.
- Work independently on small to medium efforts or with seniors on larger projects.
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks.
- Participate in validation and testing of features before end-user acceptance.
- Provide just-in-time story elaboration to teams for backlog items.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog and guide the execution team.
- Review stakeholder feedback and new requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
- Track benefits and adoption with process owners.
