Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage, prioritize, and assess the impact of all work items incl. new features and defects.
• Lead sprint planning and demonstrations with tech and business analysts.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and stories for agile cycles.
• Act as day-to-day decision maker and provide business guidance for the Agile team.
• Source and prioritize requirements with line-of-business partners.
• Define and prioritize products and program features.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing prior to release.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of stories for the team.
• Align releases with product roadmaps and strategy.
• Collaborate with sponsors and IT to document business processes.
• Provide just-in-time elaboration to designers, analysts, and developers.
