Job summary

Halo Group is seeking an experienced Agile Coach in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing coaching support and enabling cross-knowledge sharing to enhance Agile adoption within teams. The ideal candidate has over 7 years in Agile Delivery, including extensive experience with Scrum and related methodologies.

Responsibilities include creating rollout strategies and ensuring compliance with governance standards. The position emphasizes leadership and problem-solving within agile environments, and a strong educational background in IT or Engineering is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies.
• 7+ years experience in support of delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide coaching support, facilitating cross knowledge sharing across teams to support continuous learning. In addition, candidate will have the ability to create rollout strategies and provide incremental support for teams and ensure Agile adoption adheres to governance, success factors and compliance needs. Works with moderate guidance and is responsible for applying prior Agile knowledge and experience to Anthem environment. Seeking an individual with significant experience (7+ years experience) in support of Agile Delivery, including Scrum process, Scaled Framework and DevOps tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree; minimum of 5 years experience implementing Agile methodologies; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• 7+ years experience in support of delivery
• Requires at least 3 years leading and directing teams.
• Requires CTC or equivalent. SAFe Agilist (SA) / SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) or equivalent, preferred.
• Preferred experience within small sized Agile implementations (e.g. 5-7 teams).
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem solving skills required.
• DevOps Tools (Bamboo, Stash, UDeploy, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium) is preferred but not required.
• Full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
