We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide teams and leadership in adopting Lean-Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM).
This role will support large-scale Agile transformations within a cybersecurity portfolio, driving continuous improvement and value delivery in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams and leaders on Lean-Agile principles and practices to enable self-sufficiency.
- Lead large-scale Agile transformations and complex delivery initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to transition from traditional frameworks to Lean-Agile.
- Collaborate with Release Train Engineers to prepare and launch new Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
- Mentor teams and leaders on Agile strategy and benefits of Lean-Agile delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years as an Agile Coach in a technology-driven environment.
- At least 10 years of experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) in high-demand environments.
- Proven success in coaching teams and leaders in Lean-Agile practices.
- Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, ICP-ACC, SAFe Practice Consultant).
- Deep knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, and Agile principles.
- Strong facilitation, influencing, and relationship management skills.
