Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Agile ITR Lead Engineer for CM&Us to lead technical and operational execution from customer inquiry through order receipt and outage execution. This role serves as the primary focal point for CM&U opportunities, guiding proposals, scope, and execution with cross-functional teams.

The position balances leadership with hands-on ITR work, coordinating with Sales, Project Management, Sourcing, and Engineering to deliver timely, compliant solutions and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or college, or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Deep knowledge of heavy-duty gas turbine technology.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally occasionally, less than 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders across Sales, Commercial Operations, Project Management, Sourcing, and Engineering for Agile ITR-related matters in the Americas region.
• Balance responsibilities approximately 50/50 between leading team task assignments and providing hands-on ITR execution.
• Provide technical expertise and develop technical solutions as part of the inquiry-to-order and order-to-remittance process.
• Review customer inquiry inputs and gate requests to ensure scope clarity and actionable direction for proposal development.
• Support and guide ITR engineers during proposal creation, technical reviews, and customer negotiations.
• Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to support on-time delivery and operational efficiency.
