Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Agile ITR Lead Engineer for Conversions, Modifications, and Uprates (CM&Us) Services in the Americas. You will lead technical execution from inquiry to order, oversee a team of ITR engineers, review inputs, support proposals, and ensure on-time delivery across Sales, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain.

The role requires strong leadership, deep gas turbine knowledge, and 8+ years of experience with CM&U processes, with travel occasionally for domestic and international

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent knowledge/experience.
8+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong understanding of CM&U inquiry-to-order and order execution processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as the point of contact for internal stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Project Management, Sourcing, and Engineering for Agile ITR in the Americas.
Balance leadership and hands-on ITR execution ~50/50 based on needs.
Develop technical solutions within inquiry-to-order and order-to-remittance processes.
