Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Technology Project Analyst to provide coaching, mentoring, and auditing for Agile projects within the PMO. You will review artifacts, ensure governance adherence, and oversee small to medium projects in a dynamic environment.

You will support budget tracking, forecasting, and compliance activities, working across multiple agile projects, including facilitating ceremonies and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to review and verify detail-oriented information.
• Experience with cross-functional agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Audit and quality assure projects in Clarity/CA PPM; advise PM on budget and resources.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies: daily scrum, sprint planning, demos; monitor sprint progress.
• Maintain project documentation and records; ensure timely delivery of required materials.
• Coordinate with PMO; ensure adherence to methodologies and governance standards.
• Provide research and reporting support to improve project delivery and governance.
