Job summary

Flagstar Bank is seeking a Technology Project Analyst in Troy, MI to lead agile project delivery within the Project Management Office. The role focuses on coaching, auditing, and governance to ensure quality artifacts and adherence to the Flagstar Bank Playbook.

You will oversee small to medium projects and support budget tracking and forecasting. The Delivery Analyst will verify data accuracy, facilitate agile ceremonies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Education level: High School or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years coordinating projects of progressive size and complexity.
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience with various Software Development Life Cycle methods such as Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc. preferred.
• Project Management Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Audit and provide quality assurance of projects; advise PM on accurate project team, tasks and financial information; manage budget reconciliation in Clarity.
• Advise PM on project budget planning and development; establish work plan and calendar; coordinate resources.
• Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and iteration meetings; monitor sprint progress.
• Monitor record keeping; prepare records of project activities; ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Liaise with PMO; ensure process follows methodology; submit project change requests; share knowledge.
