Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a Software Developer I located in the United States, Maryland, at the Aberdeen Proving Ground. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to develop software while participating in client analysis and contributing to test plans.

The ideal candidate will possess an Interim Secret clearance, have foundational Java experience, and be willing to obtain Security Plus certification within 90 days of hire. Compensation is $95,000 annually and includes various health benefits.

Qualifications

• 0 - 2 years related experience or equivalent work experience.
• Must obtain IAT-II (Security +) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with Java (Core, multi-threading, concurrency).

Responsibilities

• Codes software components, units, and modules according to specifications.
• Participates in analysis and development of test plans.
• Tests assigned components and provides test results.
