Progressive Insurance is seeking an Agile Delivery Owner Lead with Level20 experience for a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH. You will facilitate Agile practices, coordinate delivery, and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive clarity and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes removing barriers, tailoring Agile practices to team needs, and enabling smooth, structured delivery in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading Agile delivery roles (Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, PM) for development teams using Scrum/Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or business-related field plus 4+ years in Agile leadership roles.

As an agile delivery owner lead with Level20, you'll play a critical role in supporting how work is planned, coordinated, and delivered for a new product being brought to market. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day facilitation of Agile practices, fostering clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across the team. As a trusted partner to product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you'll help work move smoothly, remove barriers proactively, and adapt Agile practices based on the needs of the team and the work. You'll help bring structure and consistency to delivery while maintaining the flexibility needed to succeed in a fast-moving environment.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Minimum Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
• {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using Kanban, Scrum, or other industry standard Agile practices

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to tailor practices to team needs
• Demonstrated adaptability in applying Agile practices within changing or fast-moving environments
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Miro or similar collaboration tools
• Experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams and identifying opportunities to improve team effectiveness
• Strong partnership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

• $98,400 – $131,200/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
