Progressive is seeking an Agile Delivery Owner for Level20 in downtown Cleveland to lead planning, coordination, and delivery for a new-to-market product. You will facilitate Agile practices daily, foster clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across the team, and partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and adapt practices to team needs.

As an agile delivery owner lead with Level20, you'll play a critical role in supporting how work is planned, coordinated, and delivered for a new product being brought to market. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day facilitation of Agile practices, fostering clarity, alignment, and continuous improvement across the team. As a trusted partner to product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you'll help work move smoothly, remove barriers proactively, and adapt Agile practices based on the needs of the team and the work. You'll help bring structure and consistency to delivery while maintaining the flexibility needed to succeed in a fast-moving environment.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland OH (Office Location: 800 W Saint Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home-days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Minimum qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
• {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using Kanban, Scrum, or other industry standard Agile practices

Preferred skills

• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with the ability to tailor practices to team needs
• Demonstrated adaptability in applying Agile practices within changing or fast-moving environments
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Miro or similar collaboration tools
• Experience leading Agile delivery across multiple teams and identifying opportunities to improve team effectiveness
• Strong partnership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Compensation

• $98,400 – $131,200/year
• Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
