Job summary

IT-Strat is seeking a Scrum Master to support the Defense Logistics Agency with agile project support, backlog management, and cross-team coordination. You will coach teams, assist Product Owners, and drive continuous improvement across multiple delivery teams.

The role requires experience with agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and risk management; a clearance is preferred and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for U.S. Government clearance (Public Trust/Secret/Top Secret).
• Certified Scrum Master or Agile certifications from a recognized authority.
• BS or BA degree, or 4 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience delivering Agile projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional delivery teams and coach teams.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum, Agile values, and delivery practices; foster transparency and accountability.
