Job summary
DSA Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams supporting ACWS capabilities. The role requires coordinating with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and Government stakeholders to sustain predictable delivery.
A strong Scrum/SAFe background and a current Active Secret clearance are essential. Experience with Jira, metrics, and program-level delivery reporting will enable visibility for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Scrum Master or related roles.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and dependencies.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Agile metrics.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders.
- Active Secret clearance.
- CSM/SSM/PSM I or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile and SAFe ceremonies for predictable delivery.
- Manage impediments, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
- Support product owners with backlog refinement and release planning.
- Develop and maintain delivery metrics and Jira dashboards.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of ACWS capabilities.
