Job summary

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is seeking a Task Order Project Manager to lead a large, complex task order for Defense Logistics Agency and related programs.

You will drive Agile adoption, coordinate with government stakeholders, and align delivery with strategic goals. Ideal candidates have PMP and Scrum Enterprise Coach certifications, IT-II clearance, and 5+ years of leadership in IT/consulting with experience delivering multiple Agile initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or NACLC.
• Must have Project Management certification (PMP) or equivalent.
• Must have Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience in IT/consulting.
• Experience delivering multiple Agile projects and removing blockers.
• Experience defining the roadmap with the Product Owner and translating into user stories.
• Experience prioritizing the user stories within product backlog.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with testing to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order and coordinate with KO and government representatives.
• Enable delivery teams to adopt Agile methodology and perform development activities.
• Establish processes for managing a portfolio of work in an Agile way.
• Drive strategic change across the organization for Agile adoption.
• Embed an Agile culture using diverse frameworks and ceremonies.
• Provide stakeholders with accurate, current project status without disrupting delivery.
• Apply tools and techniques to governance and cross-team coordination.
