Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Own end-to-end delivery planning, milestones, risks, and release readiness.
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and governance with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Risk partners.
• Establish and monitor delivery metrics to improve throughput and predictability.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements across programs.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and manage dependencies.
