Job summary

Abacus Intel is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery timelines and sprint execution for its engineering organization in Orlando. You will manage the product backlog using Scrum and Kanban within two-week sprint cycles and coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to ensure on-time delivery of initiatives.

The role involves facilitating sprint rituals, tracking milestones, and proactively resolving scheduling risks.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proven budget and schedule management capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
Track progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
Serve as main liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Clarify roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the team.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation.
Monitor KPIs and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to workflows, best practices, and compliance standards.
Drive adoption of agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
Utilize Jira for backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
Maintain documentation in Confluence.
