Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is looking for an experienced Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple Agile projects across teams and time zones in a banking context. You will drive governance, risk and dependency management, and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and cost.

Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, guiding backlogs, and enabling lean-agile practices to mature enterprise agility and cross-organizational collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with Jira for delivery coordination and reporting.
• Proficiency in Tableau or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with enterprise program tools (e.g., PPRT) and governance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates delivery routines (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings).
• Plans delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Manages risks, impediments, and dependencies for deliverables.
• Ensures compliance and end-to-end visibility into project health.
• Guides intake process, backlog health, and Agile ceremonies.
• Supports resource planning and cross-team collaboration.
