Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Scrum Master to enable cross-functional technology squads, coach agile practices and provide delivery visibility. You will remove impediments, manage dependencies, and promote DevOps and AI-enabled productivity across teams.

Strong stakeholder influence and data-informed decision-making are essential. The role requires experience in agile software delivery, certification in Scrum, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Experience coaching agile practices and delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles.
• Identify and remove impediments, plan releases and dependencies.
• Mentor product owners and stakeholders in agile practices.
• Use delivery metrics to identify risks and improve flow.
• Build relationships across technology and Maximus.
• Promote DevOps, automation and responsible AI-enabled delivery.
• Maintain delivery information and escalate risks and decisions.
