Job summary

Maximus is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to enable cross-functional tech squads to deliver value with quality and transparency. You will coach teams, remove impediments, and use metrics to improve flow and predictability, while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

In this role you will drive effective Agile ceremonies, promote ownership, and ensure delivery disciplines are followed to achieve customer-centric outcomes, with emphasis on DevOps and AI-enabled productivity

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent delivery qualification.
• Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certs desirable.
• SAFe or other scaled-delivery certs desirable.
• Equivalent experience in technology delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles to maximise value.
• Identify and remove impediments, improve flow, support release planning and dependencies.
• Mentor squads, PO and stakeholders in agile practices and continuous improvement.
• Use delivery metrics to identify risks and provide meaningful dashboards.
