Job summary

Maximus seeks a skilled Scrum Master to enable cross-functional delivery squads to deliver customer and business value predictably, with a strong focus on quality, security and operational readiness. You will coach teams in agile principles, help squads remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear delivery dashboards to stakeholders.

The role emphasizes DevOps, automation and responsible AI-enabled productivity while building strong relationships within Maximus.

Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
Agile coaching, Kanban, Lean, Product or DevOps certification desirable.
SAFe or other scaled-delivery certification desirable.
Equivalent experience in technology, digital, software engineering or product delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and coach squads in agile principles.
Identify, manage and remove delivery impediments and coordinate cross-squad dependencies.
Mentor squad members, product owners and stakeholders in agile practices and continuous improvement.
Use delivery metrics to identify risks, improve flow and provide dashboards and insights.
Build relationships across technology and the Maximus organisation and communicate progress clearly.
Promote DevOps, continuous delivery, automation and responsible AI-enabled productivity.
Maintain delivery information in the platform as source of truth and escalate issues when needed.
