Job summary

Maximus is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to enable delivery squads across technology teams. You will coach agile practices, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities.

You will build and communicate delivery metrics, foster collaboration, manage dependencies and support DevOps and automation, driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams.
• Identify and remove impediments; improve flow.
• Provide delivery visibility with metrics and RAID.
• Mentor product owners and stakeholders in agile practices.
• Communicate progress and manage dependencies across squads.
