Net2Source (N2S) in Dallas seeks a skilled Business Analyst to bridge business and technical teams. You will lead stakeholder workshops, map as-is to to-be processes, and translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and data needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers and solution architects, creating detailed design docs, and supporting product planning and UAT to ensure delivery success.

Qualifications

• Experience bridging business stakeholders with IT teams.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops and meetings to gather, refine, and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze as-is business processes and design to-be processes, identifying gaps and inefficiencies.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and experiences.
• Collaborate with development teams and solution architects to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Create functional design specifications, user stories, process flows, business rules, and data requirements.
• Assist Product Owners with project planning, roadmap development, and estimations.
• Sprint Planning
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to project best practices and overall delivery success.
• Process flows
• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to client project team members.
• Participate as a primary, co, and/or contributing author on project deliverables.
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance activities.
• Provide best-practice and industry-specific solutions.
• Recommend alternative/out-of-the-box solutions.
• Provide thought leadership and hands-on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a member of the functional team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
