K&K Global Talent Solutions INC. seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst / Hybrid Delivery Specialist to lead agile delivery efforts. You will gather and clarify requirements, coordinate with product owners and engineers, and drive impediment resolution to keep delivery on track.

Strong communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential, as is staying informed on evolving data and technology requirements to align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in agile or iterative delivery roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Scrum Master, or Technical BA.
• Strong understanding of agile ceremonies, backlog readiness, impediment management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
• Familiarity with Splunk data ingestion concepts, log onboarding, field extraction, and data validation.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally or similar tools to manage user stories, dependencies and risks.
• Ability to gather, document, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements for data, platform, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Excellent communication with customers, product owners, engineers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate that iterative delivery rules are followed and aligned with the delivery approach.
• Remove obstacles that impede the iterative delivery process.
• Ensure team and stakeholders understand and agree on next steps.
• Facilitate product decisions and help resolve team issues using team dynamics.
• Ensure active participation of all team members and clear communications.
• Coordinate with agile portfolio delivery coordinators on impediments and dependencies.
• Promote strong customer engagement and requirements gathering across the team.
• Maintain collaboration with internal teams to stay informed on data advancements and evolving requirements.
