Job summary

Teklead Corp seeks a Business Analyst III to lead complex business analysis initiatives onsite in Cary, NC or Carrolton, TX. The role involves translating business needs into technology solutions, developing detailed requirements, and mentoring junior analysts.

You will drive Agile practices, create acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders, product and tech teams to ensure high-quality delivery and traceability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required for the role.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in business analysis with strong Agile experience.
• Proven knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong data analysis experience with BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and analyze business needs to translate them into technology solutions.
• Develop requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and test artifacts.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and coordinate with developers, architects, and leaders on changes.
• Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements and design robust solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and assist Product Owners in backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee functional testing and user training for features.
• Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation for delivery.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to ensure definitions of done and quality delivery.
