Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8+ years of experience including 4+ years supporting federal/state health agencies conducting health services research.
• Experience conducting complex data analysis and using visualization techniques to support data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams within an Agile project framework to deliver analytics products.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to assume cross-functional responsibilities to ensure continuity of operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics initiatives by planning and executing advanced, analytics-focused technical projects and supervising high-quality data analysis and reporting outputs.
• Own and manage analytics product lifecycles, prioritizing backlogs, defining vision, roadmaps, MVPs, and requirements with stakeholder input.
• Translate product vision into delivered solutions by communicating requirements to developers and testers and guiding implementation.
• Prepare and review complex reports, manuscripts, and presentations for clients, management, and scientific audiences.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor interfacing with client subject matter experts and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentor junior staff in advanced data interpretation and analytics methods and serve as a technical resource across the organization.
