Qualifikationen

• Experience applying statistical methods and data analyses for decision-making
• Direct experience with SQL or PySpark required
• Proficiency with Python or R is a plus
• Experience with CMS data sources and government programs a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences

• Analyze Medicaid and CHIP data sources to inform policy and feature development for CMS needs.
• Perform exploratory and predictive data analysis using statistical methods and data mining techniques.
• Develop high-quality reports and visualizations grounded in UX best practices for clients.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with analysts, data scientists, and clients to define analytical requirements.
• Lead development of analytic products for pilot studies and dashboards requiring research and validation.
• Manage research projects and provide guidance to technical and non-technical staff.
• Prepare technical deliverables and presentations translating complex findings for clients and audiences.
• Integrate qualitative design research with data analysis to support policy improvements and outcomes.
