Heidelberg Materials North America invites graduates to join a leadership development program in Texas, applying classroom knowledge to real-world aggregate production operations. You will participate in a structured program, learn from experienced managers, and contribute to daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Graduating seniors with a degree in Mining, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management OR current internal employees with basic industry knowledge, pursuing leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a defined program where you can apply your knowledge, experience, and education.

• Engage in special projects that vary in scope and size, working alongside some of the industry’s best and brightest managers.
