Job summary

The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking an Aggregate Project Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience across our aggregate mining and related lines of business in Ohio.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, assist the Project Management team with monthly projections and capital projects, and learn the administrative and reporting processes essential to our operations while supporting safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel and work nights and weekends when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to determine solutions to common issues.
• Collaborate with Project Management on monthly projections.
• Learn the administrative requirements of the business through hands‑on experience.
• Take detailed messages and ensure timely communication.
• Assist in special projects across departments as needed.
• Support ongoing and future Capital Projects with reports, forecasts, schedules and milestones.
