The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking an Aggregate Project Engineer Intern in Ohio. You will gain exposure to an integrated aggregate mining business and other lines of business, working with cross-functional teams on projects and process improvements.

You will learn project management fundamentals, reporting, and technical administration while supporting safe and efficient operations at the site level.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to read safety rules and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to determine solutions to issues.
• Assist Project Management with monthly projections and reports.
• Learn administrative requirements through hands-on experience.
• Support capital projects with reports, forecasts and schedules.
• Collaborate across departments on special projects as needed.
