The Shelly Company, a CRH company, invites an Aggregate Project Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience across our aggregate mining and related businesses in Ohio. You will collaborate with stakeholders, support monthly projections, and learn the administrative and reporting requirements of a large, safety-focused organization.

Ideal candidates are engineering students with basic software skills and a willingness to travel, work nights/weekends when needed, and engage with multiple

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training may be considered.
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to determine solutions to common issues.
• Assist Project Management team with monthly projections and reports.
• Learn administrative requirements and document control processes.
