The Shelly Company in Twinsburg, Ohio is seeking an Aggregate Project Engineer Intern to gain hands-on experience across our aggregate mining and related lines of business. You will collaborate with stakeholders and the Project Management team to support monthly projections and capital projects.

Learn to manage documentation, use reporting tools, and explore opportunities to deploy new technology to improve efficiency and reduce emissions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Proficient with Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong mathematical, reading and writing abilities.
• Willingness to learn across departments and take on projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to determine solutions to common issues.
• Collaborate with Project Management Team on monthly projections.
• Assist in capital project reporting, forecasts and schedules.
• Support document control improvements and data management.
• Learn operational planning and aggregate sales basics by product.
