Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking an Aggregate Production Manager to oversee day-to-day plant operations and develop teamwork to drive output and efficiency. You will guide teams to operate safely and profitably while maintaining quality and customer service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in the construction industry, and the ability to manage shifts, coordinate with other site personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, coach, and motivate personnel supervised.
• Manage the workforce assigned to the plant daily.
• Direct work at plant locations and job sites.
• Maintain quality assurance of the plant as required.
• Perform routine plant maintenance.
• Control expenditures and maximize profits for the plant, region, and company.
• Control and maintain inventory levels.
• Routinely inspect vehicles and equipment and report and repairs needed.
• Assist with accident and environmental investigation/compliance.
• Complete all paperwork and reports required by the company promptly.
• Issue discipline at the direction of the Regional Manager and Drvier Manager.
