Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a DevOps/AgentOps engineer to design, build, and run a production CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce and a suite of internal applications. You will define lanes (agentic, human-in-the-loop, AI-assisted), implement gates, and ensure audit trails and governance across all three lanes.

You will collaborate with software engineers, business analysts, and integration engineers to accelerate deployment while maintaining strict controls and security practices in a rapidly evolving AI

Qualifications

• Experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce deployment mechanics and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with audit trails, approvals, and governance in release processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate the CI/CD pipeline for Salesforce and internal apps.
• Define change lanes (agentic, human-in-the-loop, AI-assisted) and gating rules.
• Build the agent operations layer with scoped agents, permissions, and sandboxing.
• Implement approval workflows with distinct gates and evidence sharing.
• Own environment strategy, secrets handling, deploy observability, and rollback mechanics.
• Produce SOX-compliant audit trails and evidence for the platform.
