Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Product Data & Agentic Commerce Manager to lead the data strategy and execution within Agentic Commerce transformations. You will bridge AI agent needs with client commercial goals, guiding data readiness and governance across R&D, master data, and digital shelf ecosystems.

You will oversee enrichment programs for PXM platforms (Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo), define schemas, and ensure high-quality data supports AI discovery and reliable transactions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product content management, digital commerce, or customer technology.
• 5+ years hands-on platform experience with PXM and PIM systems (Salsify, Akeneo, Syndigo).

Responsibilities

• Lead the product data strategy and implementation workstream within Agentic Commerce transformation engagements.
• Bridge between AI data requirements and client commercial/operational needs.
• Define product data value chain strategies across R&D, master data, PXM enrichment, and digital shelf management.
• Architect AI-ready product feeds and multi-channel syndication for agentic commerce surfaces.
• Establish data governance, quality KPIs, and measurement frameworks to tie data quality to AI discoverability.
