Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Senior AI Transformation Process Analyst to support a strategic client engagement focused on identifying, assessing, and designing agentic AI solutions that transform business operations. You will partner with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical experts to analyze current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop blueprints for future-state agentic workflows.

This is a proposal effort; offers are contingent upon award and funding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and sessions with business stakeholders and SMEs to understand current-state processes and challenges.
• Document processes, workflows, dependencies, and decision points using standard methodologies.
• Identify opportunities for Agentic AI, automation, and operational improvements.
• Develop current-state and future-state process models to support transformation planning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Master's degree preferred (MBA, Engineering, Technology Management)
