Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader in Product Operations to drive the agentic transformation of our product development lifecycle. You will modernize discovery, planning, ideation, validation, and engineering collaboration through agentic leverage, author plugins and skills, and build AI proficiency across the product organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, PM, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Track record of operational change programs that measurably shifted how teams work.
• Deep understanding of PM and engineering collaboration in an Enterprise B2B product environment.
• Working proficiency with GitHub and Git workflows, including branches, pull requests, code review, and versioned collaboration.
• Technical fluency to read code, follow architecture conversations, and reason about APIs and data.
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or comparable tools.
• Experience with multi‑agent workflows.
• Deep curiosity about the fast‑moving AI landscape focused on productivity and business problems.
• Hands‑on experience authoring agentic capabilities beyond prompting, including skills, plugins, agents, or equivalent.
• Working fluency with embeddings, RAG, retrieval quality, context windows, and prompt design.
• Experience defining and applying evaluations and quality benchmarks for agentic capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive organizational change through hands‑on enablement, advocacy, metrics, reporting, and outcome measurement.
• Strong judgment about automation and process.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to operate as an individual contributor and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience in advertising technology or a comparable Enterprise B2B platform business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, TPM, Engineering, Data Science, Design, and XD to embed agentic practices into product work.
• Enable agentic practices across discovery, planning, ideation, validation, and engineering collaboration.
• Author, ship, and maintain plugins, skills, and integrations used by product teams.
• Build AI proficiency across the product organization through onboarding, hands‑on labs, office hours, and enablement content.
• Evaluate agentic plugin and skill efficacy, monitor model drift, and consolidate tooling as needed.
• Steward operating frameworks, standards, reporting, and transparency across Product and Engineering.
• Drive organizational change through hands‑on enablement, metrics, and outcome measurement.
• Develop multi‑agent workflows and ensure effective cross‑functional adoption.
