Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Product Manager in New York to reimagine operational processes using agentic automation and Claude-based workflows, driving speed, transparency, and accuracy.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, own end-to-end execution in a fast-moving tech environment, and mentor a diverse group of engineers, designers, and data scientists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
• Recent experience owning end-to-end strategy and execution in a fast-moving technology company.
• Experience with Claude and agentic software development frameworks.
• Strong analytical acumen.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine operational processes and leverage agentic automation, money movement, and messaging to unlock self-servicing, speed, transparency, and accuracy
• Empower frontline and back-office associates to focus on high-value decisions
• Build and execute a strategy spanning multiple operations teams
• Unlock differentiated customer experiences and enable the Bank and its products to scale seamlessly
• Meet Operational Efficiency targets
• Build and lead high-performing, inclusive teams of product managers and extended teams of engineers, designers, strategists, and data scientists
• Equip product managers with frameworks to drive strategy, make data-backed decisions, and solve complex customer problems
• Lead the AI Understand roadmap and assess emerging generative and agentic technologies
• Develop strategic initiatives for faster learning and market validation
• Refine cross-functional operating models to align teams around shared goals and outcomes
• Demonstrate human-centered, business-focused, technology-driven, integrated problem-solving, and transformational leadership
