Job summary

Udacity, now part of Accenture, is seeking experienced mentors in Canada to join as external contractors for a flexible, part-time role. You will guide learners through AI/ML content, design and deliver technical sessions, and support projects with a focus on agentic AI concepts and hands-on workflows.

You will mentor remotely, coordinate 1:1 sessions, and lead group Q&A discussions, helping students progress through Nanodegree programs while balancing other commitments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mentoring or related field.
• A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed in learning.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Deep understanding of tech industry and AI trends.
• Availability to work as an external contractor part-time.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 video calls with learners to address questions and provide guidance.
• Virtual Technical Deep‑Dive Sessions reviewing Nanodegree concepts and use cases.
• Group Q&A sessions to address learner queries and encourage participation.
