Break Through Tech is seeking several Agentic AI Coaches to partner with program staff and deliver our Agentic AI program for up to 500 undergraduates. Coaches will be matched to Beginner or Advanced level based on experience and staffing needs.

Coaches will facilitate live virtual workshops, provide technical mentorship, review code, and guide teams to build and deploy agentic systems using LangGraph and LangSmith. This remote, part-time role runs Jan 4–May 20, 2027, at 15–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in CS, data science, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building an agent with tools and/or RAG.
• Experience deploying apps to cloud and working with LangChain/LangGraph.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate 4 Workshops and 4 Maker Days monthly for assigned fellows.
• Provide technical mentorship on agent design, RAG, and LangSmith.
• Hold monthly check-ins with 8–10 teams; monitor progress and resolve blockers.
• Grade unit/event deliverables and provide meaningful feedback.
• Observe final presentations and give actionable feedback.
