Job summary

Break Through Tech is seeking several subject matter experts to partner with program staff to deliver the Agentic AI program for up to 500 undergraduate fellows. Coaches will be matched to Beginner or Advanced level based on their Agentic AI experience and staffing needs.

Across 16 weeks, fellows build agentic systems with LangGraph, evaluate with LangSmith, and deploy to the cloud. Coaches facilitate live virtual workshops, provide technical mentorship, review code, and grade final project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in CS/DS or related field.
• Hands-on AI/ML experience with agent development.
• Experience building agents with tools and RAG; multi-agent exp preferred.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph and LangSmith.
• Docker/containerization experience and cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 4 Workshops and 4 Maker Days for 40 fellows.
• Provide technical mentorship on agent design, RAG, tool integration.
• Review code and debug complex issues with teams.
• Conduct monthly team check-ins and monitor progress.
• Grade deliverables and provide constructive feedback.
