Build Technologies seeks an AI engineer, product-minded, to craft agentic workflows used in production. You will partner with customers, domain experts, designers, and engineers to turn ambiguous real estate workflows into reliable product experiences.

You will ship production software, own outcomes, and help shape what great AI-native product engineering looks like in the built world.

Qualifications

• Shipped production AI workflows in a product context.
• Experience building AI-powered workflows for complex domains.
• Strong Python backend and API design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production AI workflows for real estate design, acquisitions, diligence, planning, and project execution.
• Collaborate with customers and internal experts to map complex workflows into software with clear inputs/outputs.
• Build agents that reason across leases, zoning documents, site plans, and financial models.
• Own full-stack features end-to-end from backend logic to user-facing surfaces.
• Design context strategies for documents, decisions, and tool outputs.
