Job summary

Tradeify is seeking an AI-focused engineer who builds with AI every day. You’ll design and ship agentic systems that touch real users and real money, taking high ownership in a fast-moving product team.

You’ll implement multi-step AI agents, durable workflows, and RAG pipelines, building internal dashboards and integrations (Slack, Discord, Intercom) to improve trader workflows and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python 3.12 and AI/ML tooling.
• Strong experience with TypeScript in a monorepo setup.
• Hands-on with AI model tooling: LangGraph, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship multi-step AI agents end to end.
• Build durable background workflows and orchestration.
• Create internal dashboards and integration surfaces (Slack, Discord, Intercom).
• Develop eval harnesses and model performance improvements.
