Looking for Full Stack AI Engineers (Agentic AI Team) – DIRECT HIRE / FULL TIME PERM ROLES

Salary Range: $200,000/yr

ROLE:

Part of the Agentic AI team, which is pioneering agentic AI development in the property technology (prop tech) domain. The team builds intelligent, autonomous systems that improve engagement, reduce operational overhead, and ensure compliance and quality. This for a client facing role for the AI Workforce Project - Agentic AI platform

Act, learn, and collaborate across multifamily operations from leasing and resident services to facilities, finance, and analytics. This role is central to building the AI agents that power this workforce, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

This is a high-impact engineering position at the forefront of AI in real estate, combining AI/ML expertise with full-stack development to create autonomous, collaborative AI teammates for property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & build scalable systems powering conversational AI agents and orchestrating agentic workflows
• End-to-end AI agent development: define tasks, tools, memory, planning, and guardrails; implement workflows using modern agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Agents SDKs)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, QA, Support, Design, and customers to deliver outcomes, communicating technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot-style tools) to accelerate delivery while meeting enterprise standards for design, coding, security, reliability, performance, and compliance
• Manage coding agents and ensure solutions are not over-engineered
• Develop and automate evaluations (offline/online) to test agentic AI applications for performance, reliability, and safety; contribute to or standardize eval frameworks across AI products.
• Architect for scale: MCP servers, API design, state/queueing, caching, streaming, observability, multi-tenant isolation, cost controls
• Translate product requirements into engineering designs (specs, sequence diagrams, API contracts) and drive design/architecture board reviews
