Innova Solutions is seeking an Agentic AI with RAG and Python expert for a Banking/Accounting/Finance project in Jacksonville, FL. The role is contract with an 18-month duration and requires strong Python/AI/ML capabilities.

Employment is on W-2 only, with a referral bonus and comprehensive benefits. The candidate will build AI/ML models, deploy them to production, and work onsite 3 days a week in Jacksonville.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling AI/ML models and analytics platforms.
• 5+ years deploying AI/ML models into production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
