Innova Solutions is seeking a Senior AI / GenAI Solutions Engineer to design and deploy multi-agent systems, intelligent workflows, and end-to-end document AI solutions in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid schedule. The role emphasizes Python development, LangGraph and LangChain, and enterprise-grade governance.

You will own the technical lifecycle, integrate with REST APIs, Kafka, and MongoDB, and deliver high-accuracy RAG and LLM-powered applications for core banking and KYC processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI, ML, GenAI or intelligent automation.
• Hands-on Python development with LangChain, LangGraph, and agent-based architectures.
• Experience implementing Document AI / IDP with OCR, PDF parsing, data extraction and API integration.
• Strong track record deploying LLM-powered applications and RAG solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy multi-agent systems and intelligent workflows.
• Build end-to-end document AI solutions with OCR, PDF parsing and data extraction.
• Implement RAG architectures optimized for enterprise data retrieval.
